ما به رضایت کامل شما متعهدیم. اگر به هر دلیلی از خرید خود رضایت نداشتید، لطفاً شرایط زیر را مطالعه فرمایید:
🕒 مدتزمان بازگشت
تا 24 ساعت پس از دریافت کالا فرصت دارید درخواست مرجوعی یا تعویض ثبت کنید.
📦 شرایط کالا برای بازگشت
- استفادهنشده، در وضعیت اولیه و سالم
- با بستهبندی اصلی و برچسبهای دستنخورده
🚫 کالاهای غیرقابل بازگشت
- کالاهای سفارشی یا ساختهشده طبق سلیقه مشتری
- کالاهای تخفیفخورده (در صورت اعلام قبلی)
🔁 مراحل بازگشت کالا
۱. از طریق ایمیل یا فرم سایت یا دایرکت پیج، درخواست خود را ثبت کنید
۲. پس از تأیید، کالا را به آدرس اعلامی ارسال نمایید
۳. هزینه ارسال برعهده مشتری است (مگر در صورت اشتباه ما)
💰 بازپرداخت وجه
در صورت تأیید، مبلغ به محض بازگشت کالا به کارگاه به حساب شما بازگردانده میشود. در غیر این صورت، کالا برایتان عودت میگردد.
🔄 تعویض کالا
در صورت خرابی یا ایراد فنی هنگام تحویل، محصول با نمونه سالم جایگزین میشود.

🕒 Return Timeframe
You have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
📦 Item Conditions for Return
- Unused and in original, intact condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels untouched
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Discounted items (if stated at time of sale)
🔁 Return Process
- Submit your request via email, website form, or Instagram direct message
- After confirmation, send the item to the provided address
- Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility (unless the error was ours)
💰 Refunds
If approved, your refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our workshop. If the return is not accepted, the item will be shipped back to you.
🔄 Exchanges
In case of defects or damage upon delivery, we will replace the item with a new one.
